We also invite you to join us on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm for a Yoga Shala session led by Bhagya.
Bathrobes are provided upon request. Swimwear is required in the Jacuzzi and sauna. Access to the tea room and relaxation area is included in your chosen package! We kindly ask you to use the shower facilities (indoor or outdoor depending on the season) before your sauna and jacuzzi treatments.

HATHA YOGA CLASSES
My name is Bhagya Chandra (which means Lucky Moon in Hindi). I am from Orchha in India (Madhya Pradesh state). I have practiced Yoga for many years and I follow the principles of this discipline in all areas of my life.
Following the path of yoga has allowed me to understand the meaning of life and to find mental and physical balance to live a healthy, long, and happy life. Having always had a deep desire to help people flourish and live in harmony with others and nature, becoming a Hatha Yoga teacher, the traditional practice of Yoga, was a natural step for me.
My certifications are as follows:
- 2018: 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification with Sanatana Yog Sandesh school, Rishikesh, India.
- 2019: 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification with Sanatana Yog Sandesh school, Rishikesh, India.
Since then, I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and guiding people of all backgrounds and levels in the philosophy and practice of Yoga. I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and exploration of the world that is Yoga.

For a relaxing Jacuzzi experience, we offer two options:
A 20-minute circuit that provides a complete experience of all the jets, with different seats throughout. €15/person
